Assistant Accountant

We have an opportunity for an Assistant Accountant to join our friendly and supportive team of three (3).  Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will assist with all aspects of SCH financial management and reporting systems to ensure the prudent management of resources and financial risk.  You will also oversee our busy accounts payable/receivable.  This opportunity is ideal for a graduate with experience working in a busy accounts payable/receivable department and/or substantial experience or working towards completing your relevant qualification/s.

Occupational Therapist, Grade 2

We are seeking a suitably qualified and experienced (grade 2) Occupational Therapist to join our multi-disciplinary and innovative Active Ageing team.

We provide a broad range of individual and group based services and programs for adults (aged 18 years and beyond) and their carers from the Sunbury community, with an emphasis on those who need us most.

This position encompasses goal-directed care planning, case coordination and contribution to best practice in Chronic Disease Management and Prevention and Active Ageing. Key Worker – Cradle to Kinder

Using a strengths-focussed approach, the Cradle to Kinder Key Worker will provide child-centred, family-focussed case management and support to vulnerable young mothers and their children who are referred to the Cradle to Kinder program from pre-birth until the child reaches 5 years of age/school age

Work with families within a multi-disciplinary team to build the capacity of parents to meet the child’s health, safety and developmental needs, and to build self-resilience through linkages to education, training and employment

Intake Services Officer

The Intake Services Officer is a member of a team that is responsible for the development and delivery of client-centred intake and referral services for Sunbury Community Health’s services and programs. The role of the Intake Services Officer is to provide an accessible, prompt, efficient and effective service coordination response to Sunbury Community Health’s clients and referrals.  To be successful in this position, you will have superior communication skills and be able to provide information, assessment and referral information in its various forms to individuals, families and communities with complex cultural, emotional and social needs.

Child Development Practitioner, Physiotherapist, Grade 2

The SCH Child Development Unit Physiotherapy Service is available to eligible children between the ages of Birth – 12 years of age, with an emphasis on preschool aged children.

The Physiotherapist will provide quality health services to assist children to realise their gross motor potential and to positively participate in family, school and community life.  This position aims to provide services that empower individuals, reduce health inequities and build stronger communities. Services could be in the form of individual assessment, treatment and advice to clients with a variety of conditions, including neuro-developmental disorders, musculoskeletal abnormalities, ex-premature infants, gross motor delay, neuromuscular degenerative disorders and post-surgery/botox or serial casting.
