NDIS – National Disability Insurance Scheme

Thinking NDIS?

Sunbury Community Health is a Registered NDIS Provider. This means you can now use many of our services to support your NDIS goals.

What is the National Disability Insurance Scheme?

The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) is the new way of helping Australians with a significant and lifelong disability, as well as their families and carers.

If you already get help because you have a disability or are part of an early childhood intervention program, you will probably be able to join the NDIS.

When you join the NDIS they write up a plan for you. This will have goals in it and amounts of money to use on services.

How can Sunbury Community Health help?

If you are living with a disability, we can help you to:

  • Make your day-to-day life easier
  • Make your health and wellbeing better
  • Join in social and community activities

We have many different services to meet your needs. Some of these could be covered by NDIS funding.
