Oral Health Services Manager
Seeking a highly professional and experienced Oral Health Services Manager to lead a dedicated and skilled team of dental staff.
The Oral Health Services Manager will manage the overall operations and budget of the oral health program, ensuring quality services are provided in a caring and supportive environment. Leadership in clinical practice is paramount in the role to maintain Sunbury Community Health Centre’s excellent reputation and client satisfaction. Opportunities for program development and input into the Centre’s continued strategic growth are supported within the organisation, including leadership retreats and regular leadership meetings aimed at building capacity and sharing knowledge.
The Manager is expected to maintain a clinical caseload so your proven ability to work efficiently and provide empathetic and effective dental care to a wide range of patients with varying dental needs will help you be successful in this position. The clinic is modern and well equipped with digital radiographs, rotary endodontic equipment, surgical handpieces, DSLR camera, intraoral camera and teledentistry.
The successful candidate will be suitably qualified with a Bachelor degree in Dentistry recognisable in Australia, and registered as a general dentist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). A qualification in Management or Public Health will be viewed favourably and a sound understanding of data management will be expected. Knowledge of the public dental system and the Titanium patient management software and processes will also be beneficial.

The Shared Vision for the Growing North (SVGN) partnership platform is a core funded project for the Hume Whittlesea Primary Care Partnership (HWPCP) and is auspiced by Sunbury Community Health Centre (SCHC).
SVGN is an energetic and evolving partnership platform, dedicated to innovation, creative thinking and continued growth. Our focus is on improving the health and wellbeing of Melbourne’s Northern Growth Corridor, while maintaining continuity and building on a history of collaboration and trust between participating organisations. To accomplish this, we recognise the importance of having staff and partners that bring a wide range of perspectives, beliefs and experience to our work.
We are looking for a Partnership Coordinator with talented stakeholder engagement and communication skills. You will proactively influence, coordinate, implement and promote SVGN member projects, events and campaigns with creativity and care. Supporting the SVGN Executive Officer, you will engage in projects and initiatives that will align with the SVGN partnership platform’s vision, strategy and values-based culture. Your first priority will be actively creating and supporting SVGN members in the creation of culture of collaboration.

The primary function of this position is to assist National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) participants to activate their NDIS plan. This includes assisting participants to understand their plan, understand NDIS processes, identify service options, and manage their allocated individual budget.
