NDIS – National Disability Insurance Scheme
Sunbury Community Health is a Registered NDIS Provider. This means you can now use many of our services to support your NDIS goals.
What is the National Disability Insurance Scheme?
The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) is the new way of helping Australians with a significant and lifelong disability, as well as their families and carers.
If you already get help because you have a disability or are part of an early childhood intervention program, you will probably be able to join the NDIS.
When you join the NDIS they write up a plan for you. This will have goals in it and amounts of money to use on services.
