Counselling: Youth

Our Youth Counselling service is for young people, 12 to 25 years of age. We can help young people cope with difficult feelings, thoughts, and improve relationships with friends and family.

Our Youth Counsellor can help with:

  • Relationships with family and friends
  • Depression, anxiety, and mental health
  • Drug and alcohol issues
  • School pressures
  • Grief and loss
  • Identity, gender and sexuality
  • Self-esteem and goal setting

Healthy, Resilient Minds Program – Pilot Program 2020

The Healthy, Resilient Minds Program is an 8 session program for 12-15 year olds who are eligible to attend secondary school. This is open to anyone who is interested in improving their mental and physical health.
The program is facilitated by an Accredited Exercise Physiologist and Counsellor, and will involve a combination of fun and informative group activities!
