Sunbury Community Health is working to continue providing services to the community through these difficult times.
Telehealth options such as ZOOM and phone calls are being offered to our clients to enable them to maintain regular contact with our clinicians.
With Telehealth, we can work together to help you stay well at home and get you connected with people you know and trust and are here to help you.
How does it work?
Contact Sunbury Community Health when you’re ready to make an appointment. The Client Service Officers will take some details from you then ask a clinician to call you back. The clinician will assess your needs and determine whether you can be supported through Telehealth before confirming an appointment time and date with you.
At the designated appointment time, the clinician will contact you either by video call or by phone. This means you can stay at home for your appointment and do not need to attend Sunbury Community Health centre.
What do I need?
- A landline, mobile phone, computer, laptop or tablet
- If using a mobile device, internet connection or phone data
- Web cam, speaker ad microphone (these will be built into the above devices)
If you do not have access to any of the above devices, or are confused about whether you have the right equipment, then we still may be able to assist you, please call us to see how we may be able to help.
